ARE YOU LOCATED IN THE US?

Our design team is US-based. We print our products with care at our fulfillment centers in North America and Europe, as well as our partner facilities across the globe.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS USA MADE?

Our apparel that has a final destination in the US is printed and/or embroidered in the United States. We also print our products with care at our fulfillment centers in North America and Europe, as well as our partner facilities across the globe.

DO YOUR SIZES RUN SMALL OR ARE THEY TRUE TO US SIZES?

Our men's products are true to US sizing. While our women's products are "slim fit," we recommend sizing up if you are between sizes. Please see the "Sizing Guide" under the product description to see the exact measurements of our products.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS?

We accept all major credit cards. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE PROCESS?

We will have you ship your product back to us, and we will ship you out the item you wish to exchange.

The item must be in unused and new condition.

We do not accept exchanges for any worn or washed items.

All training programming sales are final. 

WHAT IS THE REFUND PROCESS?

Once you receive your items, you have 7 days from the delivery date to evaluate your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your items, we will have you ship the items back to us.

Once we receive your items, if they are still in new/unused condition, we will issue you a refund.

All training programming sales are final.
